Commissioning Work
A final written description of the project must be signed by all parties involved before work can begin. Commission Agreements with Humming Line or its agents will always include the following conditions:
  • All shipping fees will be included in the commission fee.
  • Work begins upon receipt of 1/2 the commission fee.
  • The final payment is due upon acceptance of the finished piece.
  • Humming Line Creative Works reserves the right to decline any offer for any reason.
